RULES & REGULATIONS
All models’ hair must be cut during the competition.
Competitors are not allowed to cut, trim, shape, or preset model’s hair before the competition begins.
Participants and their models must stay on the stage for the total duration of the competition and judging process.
Models must have at least a number 2 length on top or higher, no pre-cut lines, or shape-ups.
Hair must be cut into 1.5 inches on top and bald on the sides to show fade transition.
